DreamSpring Releases Major Upgrade of DreamConnect 2

Gold Coast, Australia, 17 October 2006 - DreamSpring announced the first major upgrade of DreamConnect 2, a ground-breaking contact manager for Sony Ericsson and Motorola smartphones, at the Smartphone Show in London.

DreamSpring released the first major upgrade of DreamConnect 2 for Symbian UIQ 2 smartphone users, adding advanced functionality and many improvements to the already powerful contact manager to help increase the productivity of smartphone users.

DreamConnect 2 v2.5 features the major additional functionality of Smart Find and Send To. Symbian users can now enjoy even faster and more accurate searching through their contacts list as well as the ability to send any type of message to multiple contacts.

Smart find is a powerful and sophisticated search tool that allows users to customise and combine search rules to locate information anywhere within their contact database. Users can perform specific searches on all text and numbers by using an unlimited number of search rules. This significantly boosts the search capability and makes finding contacts lightning fast.

With DreamConnect 2 v2.5's send to function, users can easily send any type of message to more than one contact, specifying the type of address (work and/or home). Now users can take advantage of DreamConnect 2's powerful hierarchical folders, search and selection tools to create address lists on the fly.

DreamConnect 2 v2.5 also has greatly improved hierarchical sub-folders and undo/redo functions in addition to a whole new look with improved icons.

Other highlights in this upgrade include increased performance, improved list view functionality, faster deletion of multiple contacts, database information display and improved database compression as well as minor fixes.
