New Activity Creation Application
Gold Coast, Australia, 6 February 2003 - DreamSpring, a mobile computing software company, announced its innovative activity creation application for Nokia smartphone users.
DreamSpring has officially announced DreamScribe, an intuitive application that increases smartphone users' efficiency by making it easier for them to add to and modify their calendar, todos, and contacts using an innovative joystick-based navigation technique. The product runs on the Nokia 7650 and other Series 60 devices.
DreamScribe acts as a single point of entry for the standard built-in applications including Calendar, To-do and Contacts. Users can schedule activities, business meetings and events or create to-dos, memos, or anniversaries linked to one or more contacts without the need to access each application separately, or type any text. They can even create or modify contacts at the same time. Records created and edited through DreamScribe are automatically entered into the appropriate applications. DreamScribe is quickly accessed through the Menu key.
DreamScribe is ideal for those who frequently update their Calendar or create todos. It makes a great companion to any of the "Today view" style applications. A trial version will soon be available on DreamSpring's website at www.dreamspring.com.
DreamScribe provides Series 60 phone users a quicker and easier method to input data to built-in applications. The product is scheduled for release in February 2003.
