DreamLife gives you unsurpassed ability to add and edit attendees information while you are editing or adding an activity. This tutorial demonstrates DreamLife's ability to add a location from contacts, select contacts as attendees for the activity, and update their role and status.

Firstly, create an activity and set all the appropriate details. Set the alarm details and notes for the activity.

Next, choose the attendee tab to edit attendee details.
The first thing you can do is add a location for the activity. There are couple of ways you can do this. The first is to add a location that is not linked to a contact. To do this, select Location and tap on it once or select Edit to enter the location. Press Done when finished.
The other option is to add a Location taken from your contacts list. The fastest way to do this is to tap the contact icon next to "Location", or you can choose More > Choose location.

This will present you with a list of all the contacts you have with addresses attached to them. Filter the list using either the fast filter or perform a smart find to locate the desired contact. Once you have found the correct contact, press Select to choose that contact's address.
Contacts with more than 1 address will have an arrow each side of the selected address which lets you choose the desired address. You can tap on these arrows to cycle through to the desired address, or take advantage of the gesture support and swipe your finger accross the screen over the address to cycle through addresses. Press Select when you have reached the correct address.

This contact's address type will now appear as the location for the activity.
You can choose to edit this address at this point if you wish. To edit, select Location and tap on it once or select Edit to edit the address. Press Done when finished.

Once you have added location, the next step is to add attendees to the activity.
Tap Add cont to add attendees from your contacts database. This will open the Contact view, where you can use the fast filter or smart find to find the appropriate contact/s and select them by marking the checkbox next to them in the contacts list. If needed, you can also add contacts to the datatabase at this stage and select them as attendees. Once all attendees have been added and selected, press Done and this will take you back to the activity editor.

You can also change the attendee's details, role and status if needed.
Highlight the appropriate attendee and tap on them, or select Edit. Here you can edit the attendee's address (usually email address or sms number) if desired. To set their role, tap on Role and select the appropriate attendee role. Do the same for Status and press Save when done. You can repeat this for all attendees as required.

Once you have finished editing the activity, press Save or choose More > Save to save the activity.
