How do I purchase DreamLife?

DreamLife is available for purchase through this website. Go to the Purchase DreamLife section of the website. There are detailed step-by-step instructions to guide you in purchasing DreamLife.

Can I try DreamLife before I buy it?

Yes, there is a trial version of DreamLife available for download on the website. The trial version has all the features of DreamLife which are available for you to try for 14 days after installing it on your phone.

I have purchased DreamLife but my installation details do not work. What should I do?

  • Check that your installation details are entered exactly the same as the ones you're registered with.
  • Check that the IMEI you registered with is the same as the one on the phone you are registering DreamLife on.
  • If you have checked your details and the key still won't work, or you entered an incorrect IMEI, please email us with your full details including IMEI and we will respond as soon as possible.

Why can't I see my DreamLife folders in Calendar or Tasks?

The standard Calendar and Tasks application use a peculiar, private method of storing folder information that requires folders to be entered in the application itself. DreamLife simply relies on the calendar database for its folders, although it stores the colors and alarm sounds in a private place.

I am a DreamConnect 3 customer. Can I buy DreamLife at a discounted price?

Yes, simply choose "Yes" to the question "Have you purchased a copy of DreamConnect 3?" when purchasing DreamLife, and the discount will apply. Make sure the details (first name, last name and IMEI) you enter are the same as details you purchased DreamConnect 3 with to be eligible for the offer.

I am a DreamConnect 3 customer. Can I have DreamLife and DreamConnect 3 installed on the same phone?

Not yet. DreamLife uses components that conflict with the current version of DreamConnect 3, and so you must uninstall DreamConnect 3 before installing DreamLife. If you are unsure... An upcoming version of DreamConnect 3 allows both to be installed on the same phone.

After I install DreamLife, do I need to re-enter my calendar or contact entries?

No. DreamLife uses the built-in contact and calendar databases, so there is no need to re-enter information. Any information you put in DreamLife will be reflected in the built-in applications and vice-versa.

I have lost my installation key for DreamLife, what should I do?

If you have lost your installation key, please email us stating you have lost your installation key and include your first name, last name and where you purchased DreamLife in the email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I find a bug/problem in DreamLife?

You can create a forum post containing a detailed description of the problem including any error messages and we'll investigate it.

Is DreamLIfe available in other languages?

DreamLife is only available in English with plans for language versions to be released later. DreamConnect 3 customers who are using a language version of DreamConnect 3, once upgraded to DreamLife, will only be able to use English for both contacts and calendar until DreamLife is translated and available in the specified languages.
