Things to know before you buy


Credit Cards Accepted

DreamSpring accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. No other cards are accepted.

Taxes Charged

Currently DreamSpring is unaware of any international Internet tax, or of taxes required for Australian companies exporting small products.

However, we are required to pay 10% GST on any products sold in Australia to Australian residents. We are not required to pay this tax on products sold to non-residents. The 10% GST is included in the price of our products for Australian residents.

Refund Policy

DreamSpring does not offer refunds on its software products. We provide trial versions for customers to determine whether the product is suitable for their purposes.

Upgrades

DreamSpring provides bug fixes for free for the current major version of a product. Major versions are releases with significant new features (the definition of "significant" is at DreamSpring's discretion).

Major upgrades are charged for at DreamSpring's discretion. Upgrade prices will be at a significant discount from full purchase price, depending on the version being upgraded, see the product pages for more details.

Upgrades prices will only be available to customers with valid installation keys.

Support

Support is provided as part of your purchase cost.

Support is only provided via the DreamSpring website and email. We will endeavour to answer all support queries as quickly as possible.

The website is the main point of support, and should be searched first. Customers who consistently misuse the email support by either

  1. asking questions already addressed on the website or
  2. subjecting support staff to unacceptable abuse

will be warned, and if the behaviour continues will be denied further email support.
