Things to know before you buy

Credit Cards Accepted

DreamSpring accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Bankcard. No other cards are accepted.

Purchases can only be made through DreamSpring's online store. If you wish to purchase large numbers of our products, please contact sales@dreamspring.com.

Taxes Charged

Currently DreamSpring is unaware of any international Internet tax, or of taxes required for Australian companies exporting small products.

DreamSpring is required to charge 10% GST to Australian residents, which is included in the price of the product.

Refund Policy

DreamSpring does not offer refunds on its software products. We provide trial versions for customers to determine whether the product is suitable for their purposes.

If you believe that your credit card has been fraudulently used to purchase DreamSpring products, please contact customerservice@dreamspring.com with your details.

Upgrades

Upgrades are provided free to DreamSpring customers who have purchased a product. All purchase and trial versions available on this website are the latest software versions with any upgrades included.

Support

Support is provided as part of your purchase cost.

Support is provided via the DreamSpring website, forum and email. We will endeavour to answer all support queries as quickly as possible.

The forum is the main point of support, and should be searched first. Customers who consistently misuse the email support by either

  1. asking questions already addressed on the website or
  2. subjecting support staff to unacceptable abuse

will be warned, and if the behaviour continues will be denied further email support.

DreamSpring reserves the right to change these policies without notice. Any changes will be placed on this page on or before the date when they come into effect.
